Self-Contained Zulu Time

Dr. Malachi Refaelov

Lt. Col Malachi Refaelov, Ph.D. is a retired Israeli Air Force pilot with over 2,000 hours logged.Refaelov’s life changed during a 2009 night flight over Mount Hermon, when he and his wing-man encountered what he later described as a “burning wheel within a wheel”—a reference straight from Ezekiel. The IAF debrief was classified and quietly shelved, but Refaelov never let it go.

Today, he serves as Director of Flight Dynamics for RCVD, a covert research collective investigating the physics and behavior of unidentified aerial phenomena through an unlikely but surprisingly effective medium: disc golf.

By analyzing disc trajectories, lift patterns, and flight anomalies under varied conditions, Refaelov claims to simulate and decode elements of non-human propulsion systems. “Disc golf is just slow-motion saucer tech,” he insists. “Each throw is an experiment.”

Known on the course as The Negev Navigator, he blends military precision with mystical insight. Off-grid, he still contributes to underground broadcasts like “Kotel to Cosmos” and “Midnight Merkava”, where he breaks down transgalactic artifacts, hyperintersteller constructs, and non-terrestrial advanced propulsion systems.

He often says: “The prophets weren’t hallucinating. They were reporting.”
